7 STEPS OF HOME TRIAL:

1. Order your Luggie and have it shipped right to your home.
2. You may only use the Luggie inside your house for the duration of the 7 day home trial.
3. If you decide within 7 days for whatever reason that the Luggie is the not the best scooter for you, you may return the Luggie back to us.
4. We will waive the 15% restocking fee. (over $300 savings)
5. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the scooter back to the CA warehouse. (Cost about $150 depending on where you live)
6. Contact us to get a Return Authorization (RA) along with simple return instructions.
7. Once the Luggie is received by the warehouse and passes inspection (confirming it is in new condition), you will be refunded in full within 3 business days.
