30 Day - Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Luggie-Scooters.com. If you need to make a return, you may return your Luggie for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

• The Luggie must be in new condition - no cracks, scratches, etc. - with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.

Note: All Parts, Accessories, and Batteries purchased separately are non-returnable.
